For ten years, the bustling streets of Chicago were home. The towering skyline, the vibrant neighborhoods, and the ever-changing real estate landscape became the backdrop to a career built on ambition and a sharp eye for opportunity. Working as an independent contractor for one of the city's largest residential firms, I gained a front-row seat to the intricacies of real estate investment.
I watched, I learned, and soon, I acted.
What started as a curiosity turned into a passion—I bought, renovated, and flipped over 20 homes, turning old properties into valuable assets. Each project taught me something new: how to spot a diamond in the rough, negotiate the best deals, and transform a space into a dream home. Chicago had been good to me, and even after I moved, I held onto pieces of it—my investments there still stand as proof of my journey.
Then came Newport Beach. The sunlit shores, the luxury market, and the endless potential in California real estate called to me. At first, I explored opportunities, looking for the right moment to dive in. This time, not just as an investor—but as a realtor, using my background in construction, flipping, and negotiations to help others make smart, strategic decisions.
